It brings more field documentation tools together in one app: evidence import and stamped exports, document scanning and electronic signatures, supported PDF forms, route planning, general statement recording, case organization, and report and invoice previews.
Import photos and videos from your Android device. Create exports with GPS, date, and time stamps when that information is present in the file. Crop photos, and choose whether to keep or remove original audio in video exports.
Scan documents in the field and add electronic signatures. Export completed PDFs to clients or to yourself.
Fill supported PDF forms, save process server information for future use, add signatures, preview completed forms, and export them. Supported forms include California and Florida service documentation.
Organize your stops and sort them by distance, with an optional priority first stop. Open any stop in Google Maps for navigation.
Record interview audio as part of a general statement. Export the statement PDF with its corresponding audio, and share both with your client or yourself.
Save client details, case numbers, and billing rates. Organize evidence, notes, and supporting documents by case, then export case files as PDF or ZIP archives.
Preview professional PDF reports and invoices before you export or share them. Pro includes invoices with hourly rates, mileage, and expenses.
Evidence processing and document generation happen on your device. You choose when to export or share your files.
Refinements in 2.1 that make overlays easier to read and easier to control.
Choose whether an item shows only date, time, and location, or follows your full header settings.
Photo and video overlays now offer Small and Large text options for better readability.
Date, time, and address values appear without "Timestamp:" and "Address:" labels.
Final Exhibit for Android is designed for field professionals who work from their phones.
Route Planner (Pro) organizes up to 20 stops and sorts them by distance, with an optional priority first stop. Route optimization uses distance only. It does not account for traffic, appointment times, or service deadlines.
Final Exhibit for Android supports California Proof of Service forms (POS 010, POS 020, POS 020(D), POS 030), California Due Diligence, and Florida service documentation workflows (Individual Service, Non Service, Posting, and Registered Agent Service). Users can personalize supplemental language, jurisdiction information, and field-specific language.
Free includes core evidence documentation, up to 3 client profiles, and individual PDF exports. Pro adds Form Generator and PDF Form Filler, Route Planner, up to 500 client profiles, professional reports, invoicing with billing and mileage, and advanced branding options.
Pro is an optional subscription. You can cancel it at any time through Google Play.
