Final Exhibit is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app does not use third-party servers, advertising trackers, or analytics platforms. Final Exhibit stores app data on your Apple devices and may use Apple iCloud services to sync supported data across devices when iCloud is enabled.
Final Exhibit does not operate its own cloud server. Sync, when available, is handled through Apple iCloud and the user's Apple ID.

Data may leave your device when you choose to export, share, email, save, print, or sync supported content through Apple iCloud.
Final Exhibit does not integrate with third-party analytics or advertising platforms. Apple iCloud is used only for syncing supported data across your own devices when enabled.
You are responsible for managing your device, Apple ID, iCloud settings, backups, exports, and shared files. If iCloud is disabled, unavailable, full, restricted, or not properly configured, syncing may not occur.
